Can one company use more than one SiteTools product?

Yes. Management can allocate separate products, plans, licences and add-ons to the same company.

How are extra limits added?

Published add-ons increase eligible capacity. Management presents the recurring amount and routes the company through payment authorisation before a paid increase takes effect.

When does the first payment happen?

The first collection date is selected during onboarding. Direct Debit collection depends on a customer-approved mandate and the product installation being verified.
