Completing inspection and service forms
Start a published field form and create a complete evidence record.
Where to find it
Engineer Dashboard → Inspection & Service Forms, or from Job Workspace.
How to use it
- Select the correct published form.
- Confirm job/site context and any auto-filled values.
- Complete every required field and conditionally revealed field.
- Use pass/fail outcomes accurately; create linked defects when the configured workflow requires it.
- Save/complete/sign according to the form workflow.
Important notes
Draft/archived form definitions are not available for new field selection. Existing historical submissions remain part of the audit trail.
