Where to find it
Admin → Compliance Packs; engineers/customers have corresponding read views where enabled.
How to use it
- Create a pack for the correct site/job and optional standards profile.
- Add eligible items such as form, certificate, service report, handover or defect.
- Set titles/order as needed.
- Control customer visibility.
- Issue/share through the appropriate tenant/customer workflow.

Only include records that belong to the intended customer/site and are appropriate for disclosure.
