Creating and maintaining site assets
Add equipment to the structured site asset register.
Where to find it
Engineer/Field → Asset Register or site/job asset panel.
How to use it
- Select the correct site.
- Choose the discipline and compatible equipment/asset type.
- Enter the common and discipline-specific structured register fields available for that equipment.
- Set the operational asset state accurately.
- Save and use the asset record for future tests/service history.
Important notes
Equipment type is validated against discipline. Company-specific register fields can be added without creating a new application module.
