Where to find it
Admin → Customers & Sites.
How to use it
- Create or select the customer.
- Add the site with its operational address/details.
- Use the Site Register to reopen and maintain sites.
- Create jobs, assets, contracts and compliance records against the correct site.
Important notes
Accurate site association is important because job, asset and customer-portal history depends on it.
