Creating service contracts
Create contract coverage, commercial/SLA settings and recurring service rules.
Where to find it
Admin → Service Contracts.
How to use it
- Create a contract with reference, customer, title, status, dates, renewal details and billing frequency.
- Set SLA/response targets and contract value/rates where applicable.
- Open the contract and add covered sites.
- Add covered assets only after their site is included in contract coverage.
- Create recurring service schedules for covered sites.
Important notes
Recurring schedules can generate contract jobs. Contract values/rates support commercial reporting but should reflect your actual agreement.
