How to use it

1. Create a form with a clear operational title and applicable trade scope.
2. Open the visual builder and add sections/fields.
3. Preview/review the form before publishing.
4. Publish when ready for field use.
5. Clone when creating a new variant; archive obsolete forms rather than deleting historical evidence.

Important notes

Published revisions are snapshotted with SHA-256 evidence so historical submissions retain their form revision context.
