Give customers controlled access to their own records.
Where to find it
Admin → Maintenance & Compliance provides customer portal user creation; portal security is managed in the customer portal.
How to use it
- Create a portal user against the correct customer.
- Provide the customer with the portal sign-in route using your normal secure communication process.
- Confirm only customer-visible/issued records are exposed.
- Encourage MFA where available.
Important notes
Customer portal access is tenant/customer scoped and should never be shared between different customer organisations.
