Defects and remedial work
Record faults/observations and track work needed to resolve them.

Engineer Dashboard → Defect Recorder and Remedial Work, or from the Job Workspace.
How to use it
- Create the defect against the correct job/site/asset where applicable.
- Choose the appropriate classification/severity used by the workflow.
- Describe the issue and required remedial action clearly.
- Link follow-up remedial work where created.
- Review outstanding defects before job/report completion.

Trade workflows support classifications from observations through critical impairment; follow your organisation’s escalation process for safety-critical conditions.
