Engineers Hub 4.0.0 overview

Engineers Hub 4.0.0 combines field-service management, multi-trade engineering workflows, customer/site history, forms and certificates, asset registers, commercial operations, planning, customer access and the Engineer Hub technical toolkit.

Main work areas

  • Admin Dashboard — office administration, customers/sites, users, scheduling, commercial operations, forms, certificates, compliance, SaaS/licensing and production controls.
  • Engineer Dashboard — My Day, jobs/visits, forms, certificates, handover, defects, remedials, maintenance, assets, address schedules, manufacturer references and engineering calculators.
  • Job Workspace — brings the work order, scope, forms/inspections, defects/remedials, certificates and site asset register into one field workspace.
  • Customer Portal — controlled customer access to sites, maintenance, certificates, issued documents, quotations, service reports, contracts and invoices.
  • Central SaaS connection — licence, entitlements, configuration, fleet updates, tenant health, commissioning and temporary support access.

Multi-trade scope

The v4.0.0 catalogue covers 47 disciplines across fire detection, emergency lighting, firefighting equipment, suppression, risers/hydrants, PA/VA, EVC/refuge, smoke control, dampers, doors/curtains, fire stopping/compartmentation, intruder, CCTV, access control, door entry, perimeter security, care/call systems, specialist detection, gas/leak detection, BMS/life-safety interfaces, lift/firefighter controls, emergency power and electrical/compliance inspection.

Trade subscription access and engineer competency are separate controls. Being commercially entitled to a discipline does not itself prove an engineer is qualified or competent to undertake that work.
