How to use it
- Confirm the asset and job context.
- Record the test/service result.
- Add structured measurements, units and pass state where applicable.
- Record the engineer and date.
- Review last-test and next-due data after saving.
Important notes
A failed equipment test can automatically mark the asset as impaired. Follow your organisation’s impairment/escalation procedure where applicable.
