Use notifications for attention items and history views for audit context.
Where to find it
Open Notification Centre for notifications; use Site History or customer account timeline for historical context.
How to use it
- Review unread/recent notifications.
- Open the linked operational record where applicable.
- For site-level chronology, open Site History.
- For customer commercial/service chronology, use the Customer Account timeline.
Important notes
Notifications complement, rather than replace, formal job, certificate, billing and audit records.
