Reduce the risk of customer/site information being exposed from a mobile device.
Where to find it
Apply these controls to every device used for Engineers Hub.
How to use it
- Use device screen lock and encryption where supported.
- Do not share staff accounts.
- Sign out/remove access when a device is reassigned or lost.
- Avoid storing exported customer documents outside approved locations.
- Report a lost or compromised device promptly.
