QR asset labels
Use SiteTools asset QR records to open the correct asset quickly.
Where to find it
Open an asset and use its Asset QR / Asset Details view.
How to use it
- Generate/use the label provided by the asset workflow.
- Fix the label only to the correct physical asset/equipment record.
- Scan the QR to reach the asset record when authorised and signed in.
- Replace damaged labels without creating a duplicate asset unless the equipment itself changed.
Important notes
QR labels are identifiers, not proof that an asset was tested or compliant.
