Record parts consumption and compare with planned requirements.
Where to find it
Open the job → Parts Used and Planned vs Used Parts.
How to use it
- Add each part actually used and the quantity.
- Review planned versus used quantities.
- Where van stock is enabled, follow the tenant stock workflow so inventory remains accurate.
- Flag missing or additional parts through the office workflow if further remedial work is needed.
Important notes
Do not treat planned parts as automatically consumed; record actual usage.
