Using the Job Workspace
Work from one screen across scope, forms, defects, certificates and site assets.
Where to find it
Engineer Dashboard → select job → Job Workspace.
How to use it
- Read the Work order and Scope panels first.
- Open Forms & inspections to complete required structured evidence.
- Use Defects & remedials as issues are found.
- Review/create Certificates when the underlying evidence is complete.
- Use Site asset register for equipment-level history and tests.
Important notes
The workspace links existing modules; completing one panel does not automatically satisfy every job completion rule.
