Open issued customer-visible evidence.
Where to find it
Customer Portal → dashboard or Document Centre.
How to use it
- Open the required site/document category.
- Select the issued certificate/document/compliance pack.
- Download/view using the portal controls.
- Contact your service provider if information appears incorrect or missing.
Important notes
The portal performs integrity checks on stored issued documents. A failed integrity check should be reported rather than bypassed.
