A feature or trade is missing
Check role permissions, subscription features and trade entitlements before treating a missing module as a fault.
Where to find it
Use Admin Permissions, Subscription & Tenant Licence and the user’s role/competency records.
How to use it
- Confirm the user’s role has permission for the module.
- Confirm the tenant plan/add-ons enable the feature.
- For trade-specific work, confirm the family/discipline is entitled and effective.
- Confirm entitlement sync/drift state is healthy.
- If access should exist but remains blocked, raise a ticket with the tenant version and affected discipline/module.
Important notes
Do not modify tenant database entitlement rows to work around Central-signed subscription state.
